BACKGROUND & EDUCATION
Cris joined the WD&W team in March 2010 as the Firm's Marketing Director -- and when it comes to marketing, she has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in all phases of sales, advertising, customer service and other elements of marketing.
Before joining WDW, Cris marketed digital recording, speech recognition and transcription equipment to public safety organizations, courts, legal and hospital practices, telephone call centers and others.
Prior to that, she managed programs to market tourism destinations, motor coach transportation services, casino and race track bus tours as well as hotel facilities and services.
A native of Connecticut and raised in central New York State, she is a graduate of the State University of New York in Delhi. Cris has also attended numerous marketing continuing education and skills enhancement programs.

Cris specializes in recognizing customer needs or preferences and developing products and services to meet them.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Cris attends Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Wickliffe, Ohio where she is active in parish fund-raising and social programs.
How do you define success? Being debt free.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Always be honest, because if you are not someone will find out.
What did you learn during your first year on the job that you still use today? Ask for their business. Be nice to everyone you meet; you never know who they are or who they know.
What is the best book you’ve ever read? Marketing Without Money that my husband wrote and we co-published!
Describe the best vacation you’ve ever taken. Visiting relatives who live in a small town located on top of a mountain in Italy.
What did you want to be when you grew up? A French chef.
How do you unwind? Visiting my parents in the country in central New York State. Also cooking and swimming.
What one thing about you would most people find surprising? I was turned down when I applied to be a foreign exchange student in high school -- they told me I was too shy!
