EDUCATION & BACKGROUND
Eric graduated from John Carroll University in December 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting.
Prior to joining WD&W in January 2008, he completed internships at Zinner & Co. LLP and Progressive Insurance.
SPECIALTY AREAS
Eric works with a variety of clients from industries including construction and manufacturing. He performs audit, review, and compilation services, as well as tax preparation.
Additionally, he performs business valuation functions and is a member of the Firm's Business Valuation, Construction, and Employee Benefit Plans Practice Groups.
BEHIND THE CREDENTIALS
Who has been the most influential person in your life/career? My father. He has always set an excellent example of hard work and determination for me.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? A lot of people have told me in a lot of different ways to work hard, be diligent, and determined. I think it all boils down to giving the extra effort, spending five extra minutes going over something when you have already told yourself it was done.
What is one character trait you highly value? Integrity. You can recover from a mistake, but it is very difficult to recover from a lack of integrity.
Describe yourself in one word. Persistent.
What is the best book you’ve ever read? The Count of Monte Cristo.
What was your favorite class in college? That’s easy, Advanced Financial Accounting.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be? I’d like to see the Amazon.
